How does TWS mode work? +
TWS (True Wireless Stereo) mode lets you pair two SoundCube 360 speakers together. One acts as the left channel and one as the right, creating a wide stereo image. To activate, hold the TWS button on both speakers simultaneously until they connect to each other.
Is it really IPX7 waterproof? +
Yes. IPX7 is the highest waterproofing rating for portable speakers. It means SoundCube 360 can withstand submersion in up to 1 metre of fresh water for 30 minutes. It's safe to use at the pool, beach, in the rain and in the shower.
How long does it take to charge? +
A full charge via USB-C takes approximately 3.5 hours. You can charge from any USB-C power source — a phone charger, laptop, car charger or power bank. The LED indicator turns solid white when fully charged.
What is the Bluetooth range? +
SoundCube 360 uses Bluetooth 5.3 and maintains a stable, uninterrupted connection up to 15 metres in open space. Walls and obstacles will reduce this range slightly, but in most home environments it covers an entire floor without dropouts.
Can I take calls through the speaker? +
Yes. SoundCube 360 has a built-in microphone for hands-free calling. Press the multi-function button once to answer an incoming call and once again to end it. The speaker switches back to music playback automatically when the call ends.
Is the bass really that good on a portable speaker? +
The passive bass radiator on the bottom of SoundCube 360 resonates with the surface it sits on, creating deep, surprisingly powerful low frequencies. For the best bass response, place it on a hard surface like a table or countertop.
