Standard EU delivery: 24–48 business hours after order confirmation.
Remote / island destinations: Up to 5 business days.
Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM on a business day are typically dispatched the same day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery in real time through our courier's website. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your spam folder.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in select EU countries. You may pay the courier directly upon delivery — in cash or by card. No advance payment is required.
Before returning any item, contact us at info@2unblocksites.com. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours with photos and your order details — we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
